Intro

For simple visualisation reasons it may be helpful to align two brains by choosing corresponding points in both.

This can be done in Amira using the Landmarks and LandmarksWarp objects.

The landmarks data will have two matched sets of points where in each case for points A-E there is point A in 1 brain and point A' in the other. You need to be careful about which points are displayed in your two brains. The idea is to have 2 viewers and 2 LandmarkViews and have one point set displayed in 1 brain and the second point set in the other brain.
