  - **I am having trouble opening the images.**
    * All images can be opened by the stock version of [[http://pacific.mpi-cbg.de/wiki/index.php/Fiji|Fiji]].  You can then convert to pretty much any format you want.  See also [[Software]] page.
  - **In the Successfully Registered image, some of the images have three channels. I am wondering what is the '03' stained for?**
    * this should be UAS:Synaptotagmin-HA stained using anti-HA.  See Supplemental Experimental Procedures for further details.
  - **I have another question about the correspondence between the image files.** For example, is the 'aTD-a_mask_SAEJ26-1.nrrd' in the ExtractedImages corresponding to the 'IS2_SAEJ26-1_01_warp_m0g80c8e1e-1x26r4.nrrd' and 'IS2_SAEJ26-1_02_warp_m0g80c8e1e-1x26r4.nrrd' in the Successfully Registered image, or SAEJ26 is the marker for the same images in all the folders on the disk?
    * See [[image_processing_pipeline|filenames information]] for details.  Basically ''SAEJ26-1'' refers to a single raw image that is then processed in different steps (see [[image_processing_pipeline|image processing overview]]).
  - **You've given me a bare hard drive.  What should I buy to use it?**
    * You need a [[http://www.google.com/search?ls=en&q=3.5%22+SATA+enclosure|3.5" SATA enclosure]]. You can buy them for <$40 (or just ask you IT dept). Make sure cables are included esp eSATA or FW.  Best interface depends on your platform.
    * Mac: Firewire 800 for good performance on all recent macs (400 for pre 2007? machine)
    * PC: eSATA for excellent performance on new PCs
    * USB2.0 slow, but very cheap and works on all machines
