See Supplemental Experimental Procedures for further details. - **I have another question about the correspondence between the image files.** For example, is the 'aTD-a_mask_SAEJ26-1.nrrd' in the ExtractedImages corresponding to the 'IS2_SAEJ26-1_01_warp_m0g80c8e1e-1x26r4.nrrd' and 'IS2_SAEJ26-1_02_warp_m0g80c8e1e-1x26r4.nrrd' in the Successfully Registered image, or SAEJ26 is the marker for the same images in all the folders on the disk? * See [[image_processing_pipeline|filenames information]] for details.
